NVATU Supports the 5th annual Fly Tying Marathon Three hundred flies, tied and donated by members of the NVATU chapter were presented to Mr. Chris Thompson, event coordinator, of the Quantico and Fort Belvoir programs of Project Healing Waters Fishing

Three hundred flies, tied and donated by members of the NVATU chapter were presented to Mr. Chris Thompson, event coordinator, of the Quantico and Fort Belvoir programs of Project Healing Waters Fishing, Inc. on March 17, 2018, at the 5th annual Fly Tying Marathon which was held in the main gallery of the National Museum of the Marine Corps. All flies donated or created at the event will be distributed to PHW programs across the nation for use at fly fishing events throughout the year. Thank you to all members who contributed to this project.
